Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition. For sanitary reasons and due to the nature of cosmetic raw materials, opened products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If we ship an incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

To start a return, contact us at help@beautylabpro.com before sending the item back. Returns currently need to be sent to: 9729 Montague Street, Tampa, Florida 33626.

If you accidentally order the incorrect item and the packaging remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days at your cost for an eligible refund or exchange.

Shipping

Free standard US shipping is available on qualifying orders of $69 or more. Orders below $69 are charged the available shipping rate shown at checkout. Expedited shipping, when offered, is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Most in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days in Florida. Carrier transit time is separate and varies by destination.

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If your package or items arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
